Habitat: Dry rocky hills with Chihuahuan Desert Scrub of Larrea, Acacia, Mimosa, Fouquieria, Dasylirion, Jatropha, and Opuntia spp. Prostrate perennial (?) herb. Leaves somewhat revolute. Glands bright pinkish-red, appendages white to pink. Common.
Reproductive Condition: flowering + fruiting=mid
